First of all i must introduce myself to you, from last more than 5+ years i am
in this highly respectable MT business and has been catering to my clients from
California and from Reno Nevada. Dr. Singh is a pain management specialist and
two more Dr. Micheal are there with him it is a clinic account with me from last

than 1 year. I am also catering to Reno Nevada based clinic i.e. Orthopedic
Associates from last 1+ year, i am getting files in .dss files but i can also
play all types of wav. files at my end. Although, i am getting 2 days TAT from
my both of clients but i am always keep on delivering the work with 24 hours a
day sometimes within just 12 hours. I have experience of transcribing ortho

Here is a little briefing about us:
a) We are a team of 6 people in which we have one systems engineer and 5 MTs of
Supervisor-Level with experience of nearly 4 years in the MT profession. Each
person is capable of producing 800+ lines with accuracy of 98+. We are regularly
in touch with medical transcription. We have got an exposure to all types of
reports, namely cardiology, radiology, GI-GU, Orthopedics, Psychiatry,
dermatology, OB-GYN, Neurology etc. We are familiar with various types of
accents of non-English doctors like Japanese, Spanish, Russians, German etc.
b) We have got Internet connection i.e. Dialup connection of GLIDE AND SATYAM
with the speed of 20 kbps constant. Right at movement these are one of the best
available internet connection in India.
c) We have got 7 computers and a Server, out of which 5 computers are Pentium
III of HCL-made and Server is a NetManager of HCL brand, and one assembled
computer P-III for backup.
d) We have got 24-hour back up of electricity so that the work should not suffer
and the turn-around-time should be met within the said time.
e) We also, have all types of reference material, which includes books related
to all body parts and electronic medical reference, which is utilized while
doing medical transcription like Merriam Webster, Instant Text, Stedman’s
dictionary, American Drug Index, and Electronic Quick Look etc.
f) We have got all types of software, which are basically especially designed
for the MT work like .dss, wave pedal, Playall Xtra i.e. (PC DART) etc.
