SCOPE OF WORK
Our transcriptionists are trained to do transcription for all the major specialties of medicine and surgery, including Acute Care, Psychiatry, Pathology reports, Progress notes for clinics and OP reports.

TURNAROUND TIME
Our normal turnaround time is 24 hours. We also have a system of working in shifts. In this way we can do transcription around the clock. We can also handle priority reports. This is done only at the client’s request to meet their needs. Special rate will be charged in this situation.
WORKING CAPACITY
We can take the work of 5000 (Five thousand) lines per day immediately and then we can expand further.

Following softwares are used by our medical transcriptionists.
1) Word.
2) Wave pedal.
3) Stedman’s electronic medical dictionary.
4) Stedman’s Electronic Medical spell checker.
5) American heritage dictionary.
6) PDR electronic library.
7) Dolphin MT Management. (our own custom made file handling software).
For further evaluation of our service, we will transcribe five test files free of cost for the client.
