Debra, thanks a bundle for affirming a hard leswson relearned. A few years ago we purchased a tandem through a distributor and had a similar experience. Better to go through a dealer direct. The experience you site with Elsevier affirms my notion to not deal with them again. Maybe one can get good results if ordering on line but using regular mail brought on headaches after trying to deal with their Customer Service. Thanks a bundle!
