The only problem I have had in the past is when I have previewed a book and do not like it, I return the book and for months afterwards keep getting a bill. After repeated phone calls to the office, I was told "the people" in shipping/receiving steal the books and sell on the street!!!!! I have since started using the US Postal Office Delivery Confirmation Receipt which can be tracked online.1-800-545-2522
